TERMS & CONDITIONS

By completing your reservation (Paying a Deposit) you are agreeing to the following Bethany Gardens terms and conditions for grounds use, and Bethany Gardens refunds and cancellation policy.


Pricing and Payment Note:

>  Pricing for reservations made through 31st December 2024 is KSh. 60,000 per event date. Pricing for reservations made starting 1st January 2025 will be KSh. 75,000 per event date.   


> A deposit of at least KSh. 15,000 is required to secure an event date.


> Balance of payment is due 30 days before the event or immediately if the event is to take place within 30 days.

  


Venue Availability

Your reservation covers venue access and use from 6 AM to 6 PM. Activity beyond these hours must be pre approved by the Police and Bethany Gardens. However, it is discouraged as Bethany Gardens is located in a residential area.

Activity beyond 6 PM will be billed at KSh. 600 per hour for payment of Bethany staff.


Parking, Gents and Ladies Toilets, Water, and Electricity are made available by Bethany gardens. However, electricity is contingent on the availability of power by KPLC. Please enquire should you wish to have a standby generator.


Ladies and Gents Toilets are available on site. However, you (customer) are responsible to provide toilet paper, hand soap, and paper towels.

Tent and Equipment Setup

Setup prior to event date may be requested but is not guaranteed.

If set-up is approved on a date prior to the event, it must be conducted during the day and started no later than 3 PM and completed before 8 PM.

Clean up

All tents, furniture and equipment must be removed and clean up completed by 10 PM on event date. Trash must be collected and remove, and grounds restored to initial condition, otherwise a cleanup fee (KSh. 5,000) will be billed.


Liabilities

The event organizer bears the liability for their vendors and guests and must obtain security if needed.

Cars are parked at owner’s risk.
